What is TAT?

  • TAT stands for turnaround time; the length of time it will take us to complete your order before it’s ready for pickup or shipped out. TAT is separate from shipping time.

What brands/colors do you offer?

How do I know if my order is ready?

You will receive an email directly from the website depending on what you selected at checkout. If you selected local pick up, your email will have detailed pick up instructions. If you selected shipping, your email will provide you with a tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order leaves our hands, shipping time depends on the carrier. Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days after being scanned. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, we do make exceptions for:

  • Our error
  • Misprints
  • Incorrect item received

If any of these occur, please reach out within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production. If you need help, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

What is the Gastroparesis Awareness Collection Giveback Program?

We donate 10% of every shirt sold in the Gastroparesis Awareness collection to G-PACT, a nonprofit supporting individuals with gastroparesis and digestive motility disorders. This collection honors our founder Erica - a gastroparesis warrior - and helps raise awareness through meaningful designs.
